Assessment of library in-service training courses of the National Library of IRI (1996-2003)

Library in-service training is one of the most important performances of the library and information centersʹ management. This research studies and assesses performed library in-service training in the NLI Library Training Center. In this research, survey research method is used to consider offered courses, quality of the classes, resources existing in the library of the Training Center, behavior of responsible staff, and welfare services offered.
