چكيده لاتين :
Creating non-similar metadata formats (from structure, meaning relations and syntax) with different levels of description are of the features of web evolution and differentiation at the present age. Thus, simultaneous need for search among different meta data systems has made metadata interoperability important in world-wide-web. This article defines the concept of metadata interoperability and describes resource description framework as an infrastructure for its application and metadata interoperability in web environment with mentioning the most important methods of interoperability.
