From data towards knowledge and from data management towards knowledge management: a literature review

this article defines and explains data, information, knowledge and wisdom from different views and presents a model to represent their relations. In continuation, it categorizes knowledge, evaluates data, information and knowledge management from various perspectives and its approaches, activities, and related fields, too; and finally, knowledge management application in the libraries is discussed in brief.
