چكيده لاتين :
This article reviews plunder of cultural properties and valuable manuscripts of Iran at Constitutional period. The author denotes the theft from Royal Library of Golestan Palace in 1907, using documents of Iran and France archives. Among those who had hand in this affair are Lessan-o-ddoleh the librarian, Arshak Khan, Rafi, and Morntaz-o-ssaltaneh. Although Iranian authorities found the trace of some of the stolen manuscripts in New York, they did not succeed to return them to Iran.
