Usage and satisfaction range of the graduate and post-graduate students of the Industrial University of Isfahan from the computerized services of the Central Library of this university

In this study, identification, usage, and graduate and post-graduate students satisfaction from the existing computerized services at the Central Library of Industrial University of Isfahan with the aim of development in presentation of services and providing satisfaction of the students of this grade is reviewed. Graduate and post-graduate students of this university are the statistical population of this study. A survey method is used in this study. Findings show that graduate and post-graduate students were aware of the computerized services that are offered in the library. Level of study from users number and range of usage point of view are in a satisfactory situation, and the most important aim of the students from referring to the library is using these services in order to do their research projects and assignments. Quantitative assessment has showed that more than 60 percent of those who answered the questionnaire are satisfied with the present services. Findings show a meaningful relation between range of users satisfaction and awareness from the offered computerized services, and also usage of these facilities.
