Extracting the Principles Ruling Imam Khomeiniʹs Opinion about Justice

In this paper, we investigate about the concept of justice in Imam Khomeiniʹs Opinion, who was the founder of an Islamic revolution in Iran. We have illustrated that in his ideas and policies equality and providing the basic needs for all of the people form the core of his thoughts in relation of justice. We identify a general framework of performing pattern of justice in Imam Khomeiniʹs Opinion by extracting 14 principlesamong his statements about justice. A noticeable point in this study is a relative coordination and harmony between Imam Khomeiniʹs Opinion and the idea of "Basic Meeds" in development econom.
