THE PRIMARY INHABITANTS AND OWNESRS OF PALESTINE

Today, the case of Palestine in one of the main, most decisive and most important issue in the research field of world politics and relations among the nations. One can daringly claim that the Palestine conflict in reaching to its critical and turning point in the interactions between the two great civilization of Islam and the West. For more than half a century, the whole civilization of the West, with all of its assets and abilities, has done its best to make peace and to provide legitimacy and security for Isreal in the sensitive and strategic region of the Middle East, but, today, because of the Intifada of the Muslim population of Palestine. this object is far from the reach as never before. The main question in this paper is that, indeed, in the case of Palestine, which one of the two sides of the conflict is right and which one is wrong? In other words, who are the primary owners of the land where today the state of Isreal is located? Documented historicial studies done with respect to the precedence of presence and residence of various nations and peoples in Palestine from 5000 years ago, prove that the ancestors if the Muslim people, who are sustaining Intifada today, are the oldest and the first inhabitants of the land that, in spite of the frequent and repeated coming and going of foreign powers and invaders, have continued to its presence and living there and thus, the Arab Muslims of Palestine are the main and primary owners of the land.
