BILATERAL INTERACTION OF CULTURE, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOCY IN DEVELOPMENTAL POLICIES FROM HISTORICAL POINT OF VIEW

Culture, science and technology are inevitable integrated variables in a political system. Political system is composed of a set of arrangements which, together, lead to the elaboration and imlementation of those decisions which are applicable to the whole community. Development of a political system is reshaped by cultural system which has given science and technology a great importance role. These elements, science, technology and cultural system, and how thay affects each other, have taken a deterministic function in developmental policies. The purpose of this article is to find how these three elements did impact each other in old and huge civilisations like Greece, China and Egypt. Also the Islamic civilisation and its cultural norms which led the Muslims to a high rank position in science and technology context, will be considered. At the end, this article pays attention to relationship between science, cultue and techno - research in modern world. It leads us to a turning point which expresses the sole approach for developing countries like Iran is to return to itself and its concepts and its thoughts, because native concepts give meaning to ideas of each society.
