Evaluation of the Quality of Training Programs Offered to Iran-Khodro Company by Training Institutions

This article is based on a study aimed to evaluate the quality of training programs offered to Iran-Khodro Company by training institutions during 2000-2001, using CIPP Model. in this study, a total of 742 individuals were selected from groups:(a) program participants(528),(b) their immediate supervisors(126), (C) office managers(9),(d) program trainers(72), and (e) managers of training institutions(8). Different sets of questionnaires and interview checklists were used to collect data which were later analyzed by using both descriptive(frequency and average)and inferential statistics(K-square).The findings indicated that the context for offering these programs are somewhat desirable in selected training institutions. In addition, each institution is more effective in certain training area. The article ends with some recommendations for further improvement of these training programs.
