چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the curative efects of social competence instruction program on conduct disorder (CD) in adolescence. Seventy five boy students diagnosed as having CDs, based on the ratings of their teachers on the CSI-4 were selected. The sample was then divided randomely into two exprimental and a control groups. The first treatment group recieved Social Problem Solving Training (SPST), the second treatment group recieved Assertiveness Skills Training (AST) during seven 50 minutes sessious. All participants completed the Social Adjustment Inventory and the Coping Skills Inventory towice, as pre and post tests. Results revealed that the AST has significantly more efects on social adjustment. It was also revealed that neither of the treatments (SPST and AST) resulted in significant improvements in the severity of symptoms of the CD adolescents.
