A questionnaire was then given to collect demographic and other data related to multiple sclerosis, daily life activities and, fatigue severity. Exercise was done for 8 weeks in 4 steps: warming up, running, Sweden aerobic exercise and cooling down. After 8 weeks of exercise the questionnaire (parts of activities of daily life and fatigue) was collected again.

The first symptom of the disease in patients was visual disorder and 64.3% had fatigue as the most important debilitating problem of the diease. 57.1% had expanded disability status scale between 0-3. Findings showed that exercise training had a positive effect on basic daily life activities (P<0.0001). Fatigue was significantly reduced in pateints (P=0.008) and only age and marital status had significant relationship with basic and useful daily life activities.
