چكيده لاتين :
Electrostatic precipitators (ESP) are used for gas cleaning in almost every section of cement manufacture processes. The characterization of dust emission is variable for different units, such as rotary kiln and raw mill, clinker cooler, cement and coal mill, in terms of exit gas temperature, dew point, and dust resistivity. It is seen that all these characteristics have a wide range of variance. ESP systems often don ʹt have a good operation at high temperature (200-400 c) and temperature variation conditions.Some main process and design improvements effectively dealing with the problem of temperature have been discussed. These are: 1- gas conditioning, 2- pulse energisation. Generally, gas conditioning entails higher operating and maintenance costs. pulse energisation allows the use of hot gas, besides reducing the dust emission and power consumption and can he used for gas cleaning in all of the cement industry.
