Considering of Relationships Between Rate of Recieved Social Supports With Social Workerʹs

Aim:The main aim of this study is to recognize the burnout of social workers that are employed in Welfare Organization and relationship between it and their social supportive condition. Approach to this target was determined under dimensional demographic variables such as age, field of study, job area, duration of cooperation with Head and Co-worker and other independent factors such as stress, social support resources and the rate of supportive behaviors and their relations with the burnout variable. The mentioned study was conducted on 145 individuals of welfare organization that were chosen by the census method. Method: The method of this study is annalistic-descriptive (from the type of integration/ conjunction) and the relevant data was collected through questionnaire form. Results:The results of this study demonstrate that more than 113 of social workers are in the middle line in the term of burnout in all dimensional fields (burnout, destroying personality and individual loss of success.) Individual variables have meaningful relations with the burnout including the age of social worker as well as the history of her/his job and the field of is activity besides the places of their employment, duration of occupation under supervision of the Head. The stress variables have direct or relative dependence on emotional exhaustion and have converse relation with loss of success.Receipt the familial supportive resources and the whole dimensions of burnout have meaningful relations.The most important variables that are capable for occupational foresight includes: age, stress as a character and duration of cooperation with the Head.
