Reviewing the Relation between the Structure and Effectiveness in Khuzestan Regional Power Company and Clarifying the Principle Components

In this study, three main aspects of structure, i.e. complexity, formality, and centralization, and the relation between these components with organizational effectiveness in Khuzestan regional power company are reviewed. Three hypotheses are defined to clarify the relation of organizational structure and effectiveness. Three questionnaires are designed to collect, study, and descriptive and inference statistical analysis of the ideas of 25 experts. The findings of this analysis reveal the relation between the structure and effectiveness. After that basic variables of structure effectiveness are introduced. Binomial distribution statistical test, Spearmanʹs correlation coefficient test, and Friedmanʹs analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used as statistical tests in this study.
