Reviewing the Organizational Structure of Karkheh and Shavor Irrigation Networks Utilization Company and Presenting a Suitable Organizational Structure

Increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, transparency of cost of manufacturing and services, creating suitable context for utilizing new technology, preparing necessary context for managing toward improved qualitative and quantitative directing, creating scientific and logical context for authority delegation, and determining indices for comparing activities of units and their responsibilities need coordinated and integrated changing of structural systems in the framework of widely accepted values in the society, and changing environment. All these are possible only through using scientific principles in designing organizational structures. Studying organizational structure of irrigation networks utilization companies reveals that in spite of similarity in activities, have different organizational structure. Although organizational structures in these companies are related to the management style and the dominant utilization system of them and they can he varied based on their responsibility and scope of activities, but there are some questions about their structure. is the existing structure suitable to the existing situations? What are the problems of the existing structure? Through what structural changes it can possible to decrease the existing problem? In this research, diagnosing president situation, describing problems and deficiencies, strengths and weaknesses of existing structure regarding the structural indices and organizing bases, and a suitable organization structure for Karkheh and Shavor irrigation network Utilization Company are presented.
