ارزشيابي راهبردهاي حمايت از واحدهاي توليدي كوچك ايران

Although many researchers in recent years in Iran have directed towards study of the role of the government in creating appropriate atmosphere and incentives for industrialization, no attention has been paid to supportive policies, and government assistance to manufacturing firms Of different sizes. The main objectives of this research is, 1) to differentiate nature and amount of support for small manufacturing firms from medium and large enterprises, 2 ) to determine the effectiveness of the government policies and assistance provided in the last tow decades, and 3) to detect the areas in which manufacturing firms seek assistance and support. The result indicated a significant difference between small firmʹs owners/managers expectations and the actual assistance provided. The research further revealed that; from 19 possible assistance areas that is fully of partly expected from the government, only physical facilities (provision of land), and bank loans to construct production plant is sufficiently allocated.
