The Necessity of Indigenous Management;a Comparative and Circumstantial Study and Approach

The present paper based upon the studies of other countries, looks into the necessity of compiling theories and initiatives in indigenous management, as well as considering its impact on the organization efficiency. As organizations are the most complex socio-technical systems, and since their survival and success depends foremost on their compatibility with their surrounding, adopting the approaches which respect the indigenous issues are essential in the promotion of their performance. This article also studies the circumstantial differences between the developed and developing countries. Based upon the impact of national culture on the dominating labor moral in an organizations and with regards to the research works conducted in this respect, the present paper as an attempt to systematize indigenous management studies, introduces a guideline to emphasize the necessity of a indigenous management pattern for the developing countries and to identify the indigenous particularities including those concerning culture.
