چكيده لاتين :
In this article, the various calculation methods in simulation softwareʹs of building heat energy are introduced. These softwareʹs are supplied for heat designing and now ones are used extensively. The simulation principles and ability of designing of this softwareʹs are different. The softwareʹs that those were studied are ENERGY PLUS, BLAST, and BDA. The summery of results is: the method that it is used in BLAST software is Newton-Ruffson repetition method. We can stabilize the system in this software through shorting the time steps. Iteration method is used in ENERGY PLUS software and the numbers of calculations are many in this method. The BDA software includes analytical programs and databases, so they increase accuracy. In additional, the number of exit data is many and its comparing is difficult.
