چكيده لاتين :
In this article, first of all, we want to explain the position and status of Philosophy in human beings lives. In the second phase, we want to state the Philosophy of education and Training according to realities and without the generalizations and usual abstract methods. That is, if the ways and aims which we opt for in education and training are based on scientific truthfulness and clear recognition of human being and his/her history, then they would lead to human s creativity. Otherwise, we would exhaust both ourselves and other people under the pressure of contradictions and discoursal conflicts as well as barren behaviors.
Therefore, education and Training should embrace the acts and characteristics of current human in this world in choosing his/her Philosophy. So, it should avoid idealistic desires which are very interesting in the mind but hardly obtainable.
