بررسي بافت شناسي فرآورده هاي گوشتي حرارت ديده استان مازندران

In order to distinguish unauthorized tissues in heated meat products in Mazandaran province,products of 7 existing factories there were histologically examined. Each products were divided into 3 equal parts and from each parts 2-3 samples with 1cm. thick were taken and fixed in 10% buffered formalin.Routine histological techniques were used and 6µm thick sections were stained with heamatoxylin-eosin and studied under light microscope.Udder.lymph node,salivary gland, skin and its accessories and rumen were those unauthorised organs which were detected on products of some of those factories.
