Ostad Abu - Rayhan - e - Bironi has catalogued ancient Babylonian and Assyrian kings using the same source as Alexanderian and Roman historians such as ptolemy and Osibius; the reference is the " History of Babylon" by Brusus the high priest (third century B.C.), which in turn is based on an old Babylonian text. In the new edition of ʹ Asar ul Baghihʹ by Bironi. We have added marginal notes to the table of the mesopotamian rulers including Ninus, Nimrod, Kush and semiramis, these marginals are presented in this article under the title "Mesopotamian myrhs" (Jonah, Nimrod and shirin).
