بررسي رابطه CUP و IOP باعيوب انكساري ،گروهاي خوني و RH در خانم هاي 45-15 ساله

Study of the Relationship of IOP and CUP with Refractive Errors , Blood Groups and Rh in Women of 15 to 45 Years of Age

Eye is a sensitive organ and is responsible for about 75% of the knowledge we acquire . Therefore , it is of paramount importance to screen different risk factors . Women referring to Sahzevar Eye Clinic were the target population of this study . They were subjected to eye examination , Rh and blood test; the obtained data were statistically analyzed in SPSS . 41.35% of the IOP of the eyes were at the range of 13-1599. Higher and lower IOP were seen in 0 and Ab blood groups respectively . Higher and lower right eye CUP were respectively seen in B and 0 blood groups . Higher and lower Left eye CUP correspond with AB and A blood groups . Positive Rh rendered higher CUP and 35.4% of the right eye CUP were 0.1 , 3% Iacked it . Right eye TOP was a little higher in patients with refractive errors but it was reverse in the left eye . The statistics indicated that there was no significant relationship between the variables . Therefore , at present it seems that CUP/Disc is the best test of diagnosing glaucoma especially in our country where we do not have the advanced technology and equipment .
