Today, many Armies in the world, either compulsry or volunterily, are assigned, from time to time engage in constant missions and successive operations. Regarding to the nature of such missions and operations, engagement in such actions inflict conditions on military personnel under which they can not continue their missions successfully if such conditions are not removed by taking adventage of wise and efficient policies. Researches carried out in the area of military psychology in this regard have unveild some aspects, angles, and dimensions and requirements of constant missions and operations.
Furthermore, such researches have depicted that taking different appropriate approaches such as formation of special units cosisting of "night operation" forces, providing suitable conditions for compensation of lost sleeping times, providing enough personnel for military units, paying enough attention to differences in military personnel performance in various hours of day and so on, would minimize perception, cognitive, and physical effects resulting from constant operations.
