Some Causes of the Emergence of Arabic Literature in Khorasan

United by the vigor of Islam, the Arabs imposed their political dominance . on :Iran; consequently, Arabic became popular with different classes of people, especially those devoted to the Qurʹanic teachings disseminating unity, equality, fraternity and justice. The impact was so strong that during the first five centuries of the Arab conquest of Persia almost all books, scientific, historical, religious and moral, were written in Arabic and those which did use the vernacular were, nonetheless, strongly influenced by Arabic. This research tries to. see how Arabic penetrated into the vast areas. of Khorasan province (northeast of Persia) and what contributed to its consolidation there.
