Studies on the reasons of wheat sell increasing by Iranian government in Khorasan province

During recent years, the government have bought considerable amount of wheat crop from the farmers throughout Khorasan. In order to realize wheat growers point of view considering the caves of this issue, discrete data from 220 questionnaire were collected during 1979-1980 growing season.The farmers approach was divided into 5 categories including natural factors, management factors, policy making factors, market factors, and extension factors. The data analysis of these factors were done using chi -square test indicated that adequate and timely precipitation were the most important factors of buying wheat crop by the government. Among management factors using chemichal fertilizers and croprotatlon had a keyrole in wheat crop production followed by selling more crop to the government Among policy making factors, guaranteed price by the government, and from marketing factors, the farmers need, were the most effective factors for buying wheat crop by the government.
