Seaman va ʹAbsal

"Salaman va `Absal" in one of the oldest tales of the world. This tale points out ancient thoughts and causes of mankind , together with suggestions for the accomplishment of each. It is perhaps these rich features which attracted such great scholars as Avesina, Ibn-e Tofeyl, Sohrevardi, and Jami. The present paper will describe the story in defail in the hope that all aspects of it will be clearly provided for the reader.
