It is one of the most important winter crops in die middle east which is cultivated as vegetables.Faba vulgaris as a great feeding value and can be considered as meat or skim-milk substitute. Ascorbic acid affects on the structure of apical meristem, and promots periclinal and anticlinal divisions, so that,floral ebouches increase about twice times on each axis.
