Science has explored the power and influence of human emotions in human mental life and is going to explore and define the locus of excitement and emotions in human activities, modes, behaviors, pʹs and qʹs. In intelligence literature, studies evolve from rational intelligence -based on diagnosis- to emotional intelligence. Exciting intelligence attempts to describe and explain the impacts of excitement and emotions in human abilities. Those managers who are emotionally intelligent are effective managers who can achieve organizational goals with maximum productivity together with employeesʹ satisfaction and commitment. These managers rely on self-consciousness as the best approach toward control. This article reviews the aspects of emotional intelligence in channeling emotions and feelings.
