چكيده لاتين :
Were studied that had participeted in educational course at research center of IKHC in 2001. Data were collected from two Sources: Efficiency questionnaires and official documents from educational managment at IKHC. Multiple regression, path analysis, and factor analysis were used for analysis and interpretation of data. Findings indicate variables such as marital status, work experience, age, time interval of graduation from school and expertise, prportion of absence during educational course, etc were very important variables in educational performance. After factor analysis conducted on 18 variables, 13 variables were uniqe and final score in educational course was also in this uniqe. There was a relationship between educational efficiency and educational performance. The most relationship was among educational efficiency with score in computer educational group and the least belonged to foriegn language courses.
