The Essentional goal of this article is to survey and probe into the role of organizational stress factors on employees performance.
For this purpose Road & Transportation Administration, chaharmahal and Bakhtiary province, was selected and to achieve this aim, the following hypothesis was tested : there is a direct relationship between organizational-stress factors (structure / policy / role of conflict / process / role of overload interpersonal relation) and performance.
The method of research is description and statistical universe which consists of 230 employees of Three Groups; managers I middle managers, supervisors and employees, that was chosen with method of simple random sampling.
Methods used for Gathering data and information are library and survey.
The results of this study showed that organizational stress factors are effective on employees performance. And the most influencing organizational - stress factor on employees performance is organizational policy.
