بررسي وضعيت باروري و پراكندگي آلل هاي تيپ آميزشي قارچ MAGNAPORTHE GRISEA عامل بلاست برنج در استان گيلان

A total of one hundred and fifty eight isolates of Magnaporthe grisea including ninety four ones isolated from leaf and neck blast specimens related to different sites of Guilan province and sixty four ones isolated from specimens related to test field of Rice Research Institute of Iran (RRII) in Rasht have been studied in order to detennine their fertility status and distribution of mating type alleles. This study was made using four reference isolates including, KA3, TH12 (Matl-l), KA9 and TH16 (Matl-2) that are hermaphrodite. Each isolate was paired with all reference isolates on rice flour-agar. As a result, 62.76% of the isolates from different sites of Guilan and 32.81% of the isolates from RRD were found fertile and the rest isolates were found sterile. All fertile isolates were male fertile, just carried Matl-l allele.
