Goldenhar Syndrome ; A Cue Report

Goldenhar syndrome is a complication with disorders like facial asyrnmetry , mandibular and maxi liar hypoplasia, lip cleft, macrostomia ear tags and deformity in the earlobe. These disorders are due to complications in the development of the first and second pharyngeal are in embryonic life. In this paper , we report a 18 - month - old case of Goldenhar syndrome with inability to move and speech disorders despite the natural auricle and tymphanic membrane.
