چكيده لاتين :
Since 1381, the financing method of budget in Iran has been introduced using financial statistics by means of current operation balance, asset transfer balance and financial asset balance. In this paper, the effect of government financing size on growth is estimated with seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) method in two current and capital sizes to provide the effective procedures for structural reforms in Iran. The results show that decreased dependency of current operation to asset transfer balance reforms the size of government puts Iranian economy in a growth path. So, Iranian government needs to determine a base year to reach optimal size of reforms; and reform the additional current size based on structural adjustment policy pre-base year and structural stabilization policy post-base year.
