Non - Banking Financial - credit services and Development Changes: Case Study of Rurul sector

In the old development theories, the main obstacle for the development of underdeveloped countries is the lack of capital. But the idea today is a different one, so that the existance of capital is a necessary condition for development but not an sufficient one. Development exporience of counrtries, particularly those which got a lot of capital and were still under undeveloped Countries show that the main Problem is the lack of high quality institutions rather than only capital. Using the second approach, this study tries to show that non - banking financial institutions have an imporant role in the monetary and financial system of the country which can help the development process. Based on successful experiences in the global level, a model has been presented in this study for organizing these institutions in rural sector.
