بررسي عملكرد سيستم توسعه منابع انساني در دانشكده هاي علوم رفتاري و اجتماعي دانشگاه تهران

This survey is meant to study certian aspects of human resources development in the Faculties of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Tehran University to explore the present situation. To attain its goals, Tehran University needs to expand its human resources development through the use of current models of human resources development, and relivance on scientific and logical methods. In order to explore the gap between the current situation of human resource development and the ideal one, this study selected certain indicators such as "education", "job rotation", "performance apprisal" and "career planing" in the educational services sector in the Faculties of Psychology & Education, Social Sciences, Management Economics and Physical Education. Being an applied research, the methodology employed is descriptive. The results show that the development of educational services personnel is unsatisfactory and far from the goals of human resources development.
