چكيده لاتين :
In this study in the period of 3 months, 45000 broiler chickens inspected in Kerman industrial poultry slaughterhouse for arthritis-tenosynovitis in hock joint. In this duration on the basis of macroscopic inspection only 11 carcases were suspected. From these carcases samples were obtained for bacteriological and histopathological examinations. These samples include of synovial fluid, liver and heart blood for bacteriological study and articular capsule for histopathological study. Regarding to results, in 11 cases arthritis-tenosynovitis were proved in histopathological study but in bacteriological study only from 6 cases bacteria was isolated. All ol the isolated strains was coagulase positive Staphylococcus aureus. From 5 cases any type of bacteria was not isolated.
