تاثير تركيب هاي باريم برخواص ابررساناي YBA2CU3OV6

The oxide superconductor YBa,CurO7_a has been investigated by many researches since its discovery in 1987. The interest in this important material is not only it exhibits good superconductivity but also it is relatively easy to synthesize. In this paper the effect of using different barium components for preparation of YBa2Cu3O7_a superconductor has been investigated. We have used barium peroxide and barium carbonate to synthesize different samples of YBa2Cu3O7_a. The XRD, SEM,EDX investigations and critical current density, critical temperature and resistivity of normal state of samples have been studied. From the results of measurements we found that the use of BaCOr instead of BaO2 for synthesizing YBa2.Cu3O7_a enhances the properties of superconductivity especially the critical current density and the toughness.
