Today a large number of employers and Employees are willing to
apply flexibility patterns, but each for different purposes. On the one
hand. Employees in our days need to balance life with work. A good
way to help them achieve such balance is the use of flexibility
patterns. On the other hand, employers are also going to use flexibility
patterns for financial and business purposes. Therefore, one of the
most important challenges that human resource management has faced
during the past few years was the idea of flexibility. Flexibility
patterns are wonderful idea to create a new resource for the company
and the work. During the last decade flexibility patterns have attracted
much attention and interest, most of which has been due to the
environmental encourages and pressures. This article aims at studying
the relation of flexibility patterns with each other, as well as the
relation between these patterns and the number of the required staff.
