چكيده لاتين :
One of the most important problems concerning universities and research centers is the shortage of structural systems of performance evaluation . in fact , the result is ambiguity of quality , lack of scientific rivalry , lack of scientific rating in universities and research centers. This paper attempts to analysis performance indicator and then present some kind of performance indicators for evaluation.
The performance indicators of high education has been extracted by using global theories and a questionnaire constructed by 248 question dispensed. Sample group consists of 800 people . and finally 16 category and 221indicator has been extracted.
