Analyzing the Impact of Quality of working Life (QWL) on Reducing Organizational Corruption Corruption from Viewpoint of Organization

This study was conducted in National Oil Products Distributive company to identify the impact of improving QWL on reducing organization corruption Means through which data and information was collected, were mail-Questionnaire, Interview, observation and review of organization documents, and archives. Research findings and applying statistical techniques indicate that among four QWL dimensions (participation in decision-making process, working environment security, appropriate salary and growth systems and development and training; employee participation in decision-making process was found the most significant factor. In addition, important attention was payed to employee value systems and family environment as influential variables affecting the behavior of organization employees and improving QWL .
