One vf the mam factors of electricity outage: especially in wide areas. is the exiting ot electricity production unus III pow(ʹr plants which may cause dsssatisfacnon and politicul-sociat consequences as well as heavy expenses for repairing and protection, In this essay, which is based on real amounts and the data 01ʹ the gas power plant aClidtv of Kangan for 7 years, the factors and the real causes of the technical accidents han: been analyzed and evaluated. Then, by considering three important aftermaths of the aciculute occurrence; that is, unreadtness coefficient. the frequency times of the accident and the expense ofeach accident have been analyzed and evaluated. The method used here to extract the importance weight of criteria IS the AnI-ropy technique and the applied method is for ranking the accidents and the multi-featuread derision making techniqu(ʹ(Top::,iI>j.The results show that the evaluation criterion weight of the unreadiness coefficient, el.pen.\ʹtʹ and frequency times are n>_~p(ʹctʹ\!(ʹflʹ Ol4fJ04 ,02601 0/2496. Meanwhile, delays in periodical repairs, has been considervd as the most important cfl;ytlwʹ factor on technical accidents in this power plant.
