Deterrence in International Politics.

Global strategic trends show the increasing attention of deterrence. Deterrence as a pre-emption strategy was always at the center of decision-makers attention. The factors and the rise and fall of this concept in the context of international systems changes are explained in this writing. Given to the fact that like other fields, deterrence also subjected to some changes, the author propounded and explained the idea of multi-column deterrence as an effective pattern while analyses the impacts of these change.
