Ambiguities in the Law for Foetus Donation.

The Islamic parliament and the counsil of Guardians approved the law for feutus donation to non-fertile couples in 29/4/1382 and 8/5/1382 (Islamic calendar) respectively. Apart from the basic questions concerning "the true parentage of the foetus11 in this context, there are other questions arising from the implementation of this law. These questions require a adequate answers; but9 it seems the law and the circulars related to its implementation fail to satisfy this need. This article seeks to raise questions and makes no attempt at answers.
