چكيده لاتين :
Conflict is inevitable for managers, especially within law enforcement organizations. Ther are many reasons for conflict such as society becoming increasingly complex, managers dealing with people, and limited human and monetary resources. Indeed, all organizations including law enforcement will have conflict. Individual and organizations goal, difference in employes lifestyles and individual needs, varied interpretations of rules and regulations, physical, social and psychological difference and variations in view points all exist and contribute to disagreement and conflict.This paper in the second part, discusses some issues such as managing crisis conflict, dealing with problem employees, dealing with difficult people role conflict,dealing with external conflicts, dealing with internal and external politics, and maintaining healthy conflict.
