Mahnaaz Afkhami and Womenʹs Organization of Iran.

"Mahnaz Afkhami" is the second woman who could became minister in Pahlavi era after "Farrokhrou Paarsaa". After the graduation in USA, she returned back to Iran and could ascend the progress steps fast; it was not possible except by the help of the Shahʹs sister, Ashraf Pahlavi. Around the victory of the Islamic Revolution, she departed from Iran and along the escaping Pahlavi family continued her activities against the Islamic Republic of Iran in abroad. In this article while glancing at her biography, her activities in Womenʹs Organization of Iran, her viewpoints and other attempts that she believes to be in order to defend the Iranian womenʹs rights are being examined.
