All goverments have to performe ergent measures to educate the executives through educational programs and complementary educations. It is, also, indispensible to inform their exectitives about UN regulations and laws, and basic & international-based standards. In deed, all governments should adopt similar policies toward the education of executive. In this paper, author discussed that it is important and crucial to inform and educate exectives about these matters.
