چكيده لاتين :
The Holy Quran treats marriage as a factor for perfection of man and woman, safeguarding and purification of human societies, and subsistence of human race. It considers dignity for both man and woman introducing no criterion for distinction of people but godfearing. Law-making of laws of marriage and divorce in the Quran us based upon safeguarding human dignity as well as considering nature qf man and woman. Quranic teachings in this connection are more comprehensive than those of both "The Old and The New Testaments" and take more woman rights into consideration.
