In recent years , rapid pace of globalizationʹs trend and gradual cnversion of military and political competitions in to economical competition induced most under-develop countries especielly single - product countries to use divesification policy as a main policy for their economical planings. As a result of this exeperience , there is no exception for iran also ,to fllow this policy. The fluctuations in petroleum price in the worldʹs market and low income of petroleum exports are two reasons to decrease dependency to such income in this country.
