چكيده لاتين :
Aim of this research is to investigate the effect of consulting group with cognitive and behavioral approach on reduction of Test anxiety of girl students. The studied community included all students in the second basemen in high school braced in the public high schools of Tehran city;sample volume was deter minded by randomized sampling method on the scientific principle and were 60 students; this experimental research is post experiment - pre experiment design with control group; 25 articles of sarasonʹs anxiety test were used with two vectors (Anxiety and excitement) in three weak, moderate, and high levels; beckʹs cognitive and behavioral approach were taught to the students of test group in 12 sessions and each session took 120 minutes; descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the results (independent and dependent groups of test t), and the results of research showed the following items. 1. Most students had been in the moderate level and more with regard to the test anxiety: and the rates of their anxiety in the excitement vectors were more than their Anxiety vectors. 2. The rates of test anxiety for the students who received the consulting group were meaningfully less than the rates of anxiety for the students who had not received the consulting group of cognitive and behavioral approach in the examinations.
