Effective change management is subject that has attracted the attention of all managers in different organizations. Today, managers should recognize that producing appropriate and effective changes is gradually becoming a permanent feature in various organizations. We all live in a period of time in which changes are accelerating. Changes in the environment can lead to the creation and blooming of creativity. One can not bring about any major success unless he is constantly cognizant of changes. Managing new changes with a high level of procuctivity is the most outstanding characteristic of a successful manager. This issue is very significant in police organizations, because police forces are in permanent state of interaction with citizens and social institute. In this paper the author has tried to discuss the need to changes in the process of managing different organizations.
